Return policy
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.

Raise a return request
Go to Track order and select "Return this item" against your order.

Shop confirms pickup
The shop schedules a pickup from your address, usually within 24–48 hours.

Item is inspected
Once the shop receives and checks the item, your refund or exchange is approved.

Refund or exchange
Money is returned per the refund policy, or a replacement is dispatched.
